From 26/10/2015 to 10/11/2015, Dr. Maria Pilar Asta Andres and Dr. Manon Frutschi from EPFL (Switzerland) has the 7th survey "Arsenic occurrence and contamination in sediment and groundwater in An Phu district, An Giang province" under the project framework of Centre of Water Research in Asia (CARE) by Assoc. Prof. Vo Le Phu – Vice Dean Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources as Chairman.
In addition, from 26/10/2015 to 08/11/2015, the research team include students and Master students from the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources (HCMC University of Technology, HCMC Vietnam National University) collected groundwater and surface water sample to service for project in An Phu district, An Giang province.
This is the survey in the project framework of CARE to enhance the cooperative relationship between the HCMC University of Technology (VNU-HCM, Vietnam) with EPFL (Switzerland)
Among scientific activities of CARE-Rescif, Prof. Nguyen Tan Phong, Vice Dean of Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources, HCMUT has just finished the expert exchange from June 15 to July 11, 2015 in Grenoble-INP, France.
