CARE is pleased to welcome Ms. Hoang Mai Nhu as a new PhD candidate in collaboration with University Grenoble Alpes. Her doctoral research, entitled “Occurrence of Emerging Contaminants in the Drinking Water Network of Ho Chi Minh MegaCity and Human Risk Assessment” , focuses on investigating the presence, distribution, and potential human health risks of Contaminants of Emerging Concern (CECs) in the drinking water network of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
In the context of rapid urbanization and the current lack of comprehensive data on micropollutants in tropical regions, this research aims to generate new scientific insights into drinking water quality and human exposure pathways.
