On December 12, 2025, CARE was honoured to welcome Mr. Eric Soulier, Counsellor for Cooperation and Cultural Affairs at the French Embassy in Vietnam and Director of the French Institute in Vietnam, during his working visit to Ho Chi Minh City. He was accompanied by Mr. Andrea Taglioni, Officer for Scientific and Academic Cooperation at the Consulate General of France in Ho Chi Minh City.
During the meeting, Dr. Christine Baduel, Scientific Director of CARE, and Dr. Ho Tuan Duc, Director of CARE, presented CARE's main research orientations, ongoing scientific projects, and international cooperation activities, with particular emphasis on Vietnam-France collaborations in the fields of water, environment, and sustainability.
CARE sincerely thanks Mr. Eric Soulier for his visit and the valuable discussions, and looks forward to expanding collaborative activities with the French Institute in Vietnam in the coming period.
