On the evening of 23 March, CARE Center held a farewell party to Mr.Jean Pascale Torréton - Representative of the Research Institute for Development (France) in Vietnam, with the participation of Mr. Emmanuel Ly-Batallan - Consul General of France Ho Chi Minh City, Prof. Dr. Vu Dinh Thanh - Rector of the Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic Institute, experts, PhD students and CARE staff. Opening the party, Dr. Nguyen Thi Huyen Trang - Deputy Director of CARE Center expressed deep thanks for the strong support of Mr. J.P. Torréton to CARE as an IRD representative in Vietnam. On this occasion, he also expressed the great pleasure of working in Vietnam and sincere thanks to all Vietnamese colleagues and partners. The party went well in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
