This article was compiled by CARE researchers and students as part of the project, funded by the AUF, under the EPH2 project "Sustainable Management of Urban Water and Perceptions to Flood Risks in Ho Chi Minh City". It deals with the phenomenon of convective precipitation in Ho Chi Minh City causing urban flooding (see link:http://thanhnien.vn/toi-viet/tai-sao-tphcm-tren-mua-duoi-ngap-848966.html). For the purpose of scientific popularization, the fruits of this project will be presented in the columns of the daily press, so that local people have access to the knowledge related to the resilience to the unfavorable weather.
